WHO WE ARE

Sound Worth Partners is a venture created by Pierce Filippelli and Colin Daddino for the purpose of acquiring-to-own small and medium sized businesses. Pierce and Colin plan to use their management, marketing, and capital allocation skills to acquire, build, and grow enduring, multi-generational businesses.

Colin Daddino has over a decade of investment experience working for a variety of investment companies including private equity, mutual fund, hedge fund, and family offices. Colin has created and implemented multiple investment strategies and has experience evaluating and investing in public and private companies. Colin is interested in acquiring small businesses directly because he thinks direct ownership enables a long-term approach to value creation. Colin also possesses skills critical to creating value in the small business arena. Colin’s strengths include strategic analysis, financial analysis & valuation, capital allocation, and decision making. Colin graduated Magna Cum Laude with an undergraduate finance degree from Santa Clara University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and has been a CFA charterholder since 2014

Pierce Filippelli is a renowned professional with 10+ years of marketing and investment experience working for finance and advertising technology companies.  Pierce led an investment team that was responsible for creating the industry’s largest digital advertising futures market.
